*takes daodao*
Alright, I've added some prototype designs and modifications to the blade. The regular runes have been added, you know, the control lightning, create lightning, bend lightning, that kind of stuff. But I've also added a magic generator (exclusive to the blade itself) that interweaves with the edge and the runes I've added there. The blade itself would work as a staff, being able to conjure and control lighting through your power, but the unique generator built in would create the sword's own power source. This power source would enchant the edge with electricity, and would not drain your own power like regular spells. One final, ballsy move I pulled is imbuing the core of the blade...
With a storm spirit. Yes, I know, it would rip apart anything if it got out, but it won't get out trust me.
The storm spirit would act as another source of power, galvanizing the blade with its own electricity and bending to your will. Since the wielder is the one who controls it, the storm spirit would allow you to use winds and tempests to enhance your own speed, as well as offensive attacks (which you can probably figure out yourself).
Also about the skeletons.. Would you like me to bind those summons to the blade as well?
