How The F*ck Did You Pass High School?
I can't f*cking take this anymore! I have to study alot of time? What the f*ck!?
Now wait a minute, here, if you want to pass, you need to get 60% atleast, and the teaching system is hard as f*ck!
So I was getting 95%-100% in junior high, now I study 5 times more and get 80%-90%, yeah I know 80%-90% is good, but when I hit 11th grade my grades will go down and admit it, no one wants to finish school like an idiot with low grades.
For f*ck's sake it pisses me off, I can't do anything with my life except for studying.
Do you mind sharing how did you pass high school, and how frustrating your life was? Or give me some advice to make me feel better?

I would say get out and enjoy yourself. I'm a freshman so I wouldn't know much about this, but hanging out with friends on weekends and after school really helps me get through. It helps reduce stress, and can also boost my confidence for a test/ important thing the next day. I have a biology teacher who doesn't believe in actually teaching us because to her it's boring. So asking friends if they understand and even copying their hw can help a ton. So just get out and meet some friends and hang out with them.

1 ReplyCould be worse. Here in Georgia, There are no "D"s, 70% is the passing mark. Thay being said, Im [i]that[/i] guy who scores high on almost all tests without studying even a few seconds, and with the e xception this year of Latin and math,more or less make high B-Mid As. We had a big course long project for a science class,completely didnt do it and finished the Class with an 86 because I was perfect with everything else.

1 ReplyI paid attention in class, procrastinated alot but still got As and Bs, one year I spent moat of time sleeping in the first two periods, and my senior year I didn't show up until half way thru the year because of family issues, and I still managed to graduate with a 3.2 GPA. You can do it just dont stress to much about it

1 ReplyI was an A student all around. I took as many AP classes as I could. I was honored at the senior awards ceremony with awards in Economics and Mathematics.

For some reason I retain information really well so I don't have to study much, and I still get a's at end of the year

Then again, only reason was I wasn't doing well was because I was losing my sanity and with it my mind, due to an incredible amount of abuse and my entire family has either molested me or -blam!- me. And when I tell the police, they don't believe me, and the counselors only make things worse. I don't know how you're having trouble. I was -blam!-ing rocket scientist smart when I was a kid, and slowly watched it all fall away. Could you imagine slowly getting dumber from being abused, telling people and no one believes you, and have no clue what you're going to do when you fail highschool?? Thank God for alternative school. And thank God I'm smart enough to purchase what is now a legal recreational "drug" that some people are still in jail for, go to alternative school, and cheat. Only way you can make it through life nowadays.

I didn't pass high school. I'm a twenty year-old, miserable, high school drop-out with no plans for the future and severe depression. So don't complain - get your shit done and make a name for yourself.

Listen man I was that kid that everyday I got to school I was like "-blam!- school" I'm pretty sure I hate it as much as you do but it's just a part of life we have to deal with as long as you do your class work and homework you should be good. Even if you copied you'll at least have the satisfaction of knowing that you did ur work. When it comes to tests I never studied i just took what I knew from my class work and homework and used it for the test. Sometimes I would look over some things that are being covered on the tests right before class starts so it can be fresh in my mind. Try not to procrastinate because that shit kills you. I'm in college and I just finished my hw that is due tomorrow and it's 2:00 am here now. Get your class work done early and your homework as well so you can get that shit out of the way. I hope I was a little helpful and I hope you can get through it just like I did. :)

Just crunched it out at school enough as to not get an F in class. Real lazy. A "D" was all I ever attempted to achieve so I could get the credits to pass. If the class didn't even count, like 9th grade Spanish. I purposely went out of my way to get 0% in class. Just answered everything wrong and didn't particpate. Was a joke to me. Senior year, I just dropped out. I was sick of it. I joined alternative for two hours a day and got all the course credits in a couple weeks but then I needed 80 hours of community service from like Goodwill to graduate. Didn't wanna do it. Sat at home for two years while still enrolled and finally worked something out with the teacher where if I did 20 hours of community service I'd get my diplomma. So in 2011, 2 years after I was suppose to graduate I finally got my diplomma. I am the definition of a slacker bum. I kind of miss getting tests and just bullshitting my way to a decent score. Or just drawing funny pictures where the answers should be if I had no clue.

Something people don't seem to realize is that the world and school system isn't run now how it used to. It's much harder. My parents look at what I am doing and are very surprised by what they see because even though I am in all AP and honors classes I still do things they did much later or even things they don't even know about. And the world now is struggling to find jobs even with a degree. Back then it was "if you have a degree, you have a job" now it's "if you have a degree you have a better chance at a job". So we can't make our decisions later because if it's hard with a degree imagine what it's like without one. My parents are really strict with my grades though (I'm in the same grade as you) so I understand exactly what you mean. If you are like me you can't just not worry about them because I don't know about you but I want to go to college. Some of my cousins dropped out and say "experience is the best teacher" but that doesn't look good on a résumé. All this work will pay off for us and we won't have to worry about where our life will be after college because we will be much better off than if we didn't keep schooling. Usually to take my stresses away I play destiny. Idk why but it's a really good stress reliever to me. If you are on xbox one add me. My Gamertag is the same as my name. We can both relieve stress together lol.

I passed with an advanced diploma and don't do shit till senior year lol, take the classes you need to and put in effort in the last two quarters
