Just wondering.
If so, how often? Do you do weightlifting or running/cardio?? Would love too see the community answer! :)

Lately I've been getting back into training. I've been riding about 300 km a week, on top of interval training on the Ergo, and strength & conditioning 2-3 times a week.

I do treadmill and step 2-3 times a week and every now and then I use the weight machines for toning but I doubt I do that enough to do much good. I play tennis (I am not bad if I may say so myself) and I swim (noncompetitive just for fun and exercise).
