Hell no. I work for a living, I don't have the energy to work out. (I regularly lift several hundred pounds of stuff at work while going up and down stairs all day)

I worked out every single day from age 14-22. Haven't worked out in months tho.
-
I lift
-
I do 16oz curls quite a few times everyday it only problem if people think I'm an alcoholic

3/4times a week at5 am 6 min of cardio to get the blood flowing, then three groups of super sets, 1 super set contains three muscle groups, core set, 10 sec rest, chest, 10 sec rest, shoulder, repeat until done. Mix and match muscle groups for different days.
-
I couldn't imagine not working out. Was doing a 6 day program...each muscle group twice a week...first one single joint, second one multi-joint. Now I'm slimming down, so back to 3 lifting, 3 HiT...(sprint work, stairs, TRX).

I generally do a half hour of running everyday and a half hour of wieghtlifting i try to do 7 days a week but im generally more like 4 cus im busy

Hardly, my arms are naturally muscular and my legs are alright too I don't have great core strength though, at least I don't think I do. I really don't know how you tell

Yes, but probably not how I should. Since about Xmas time I've been doing bicep curls, sit-ups and press-ups pretty much every weekday. I'm more toned now, but I don't seem to be making much progress anymore. So I looked up my body type, and I'm an ectomorph. Which means that daily exercise for mass won't work, I need to have at least one rest day in between each workout day, as well as doing an all-over 'compound' move instead of isolated bicep curls. So now I'm gonna try 3 days a week of sit-ups, press-ups and lifts (weights on the floor, bicep curls all the way to holding the weights above my head), and see what that does for me after a month or two. Apparently diet is also key to gaining mass, but I'm not sure I can be bothered with all that. I certainly don't understand or have the time or patience or energy for a dedicated regime with like multiple sets and timing and stuff.

Everyone's obsessed with body image these days.
Add that to list of why this generation is fucked
