If so, how often? Do you do weightlifting or running/cardio?? Would love too see the community answer! :)
Edit: thank you for so many replies! I personally work out 5 times a week, 3 weightlifting and 2 sessions soccer with my team

I did... Running, kettlebell work outs were my thing, but since Christmas I've had a bad back and as soon as that cleared up, I came down with a non blanching rash caused by mild blood poisoning which has caused blood to clot in the veins in my skin... Currently awaiting a skin biopsy from a dermatologists to determine its cause... Then if it's nothing serious and it clears up and, touch wood, I don't come down with anything else, I'll be back training again.
