  • I used to, a lot. I lost nearly 50 pounds in 5 months. I only had 3 classes in my 2nd semester during my senior year in high school. So, I spend the rest of the school day working out at the school weight room. 5 years later and I've gained most of it back. -blam!-.

  • I use to do cardio 5 times a week but I hurt my knee and had to stop to heal. The knee is all better now but I got lazy and did not pick it back up. I really need to.

  • I lifted a lot in Afghanistan, there wasn't much else to do. Since then though I've slimmed down and am a lot more into the "body mastery" workouts. AL Kavadlo is a great inspiration for that

  • Just out of my home and neighbor hood. I do both cardio and lifting. I run a minimum 10 miles every other day (except lately because of all the snow and ice) and do a full body work out every day with just dumbbells or body. Dumbbells are 45 lbs. DB press 20x3 Inclined DB press 30x1 DB over head tricep extensions 20x3 Lawn mowers 15x3 each arm Curls (oh yeah I have a curling bar) 100lbs x at least 15 - as many as I can. Dips (from bench side) x 50 Bridges 2 minutes Crunches (front and obliques) x 100 I usually do this all at night while talking to you people.

    • Literally just started a workout program from neilarey.com, that site that makes all the superhero themed workouts. Its pretty sweet. I hope to lose a decent amount of weight by the end of summer.

    • Yeah, been lifting for nearly 3 years now. I've gone through periods of time where I've not been as diligent with it as I'd like, but generally I stick to a good routine and diet.

      • Typically 4-5 times a week depending on my routine. Light cardio a couple days a week just to keep the heart healthy, other than that just weight lifting.

      • Yes,I workout 5 days a week. Day 1, Cardio + upper body Day 2, Cardio + Lower body Day 3, Rest (rinse & repeat throughout the week) The most enjoyable aspect of my workout is Cardio ,Benching/Curling. When I 1st started working out, I was just a slim guy, wasn't unhealthy, but I went from benching 90 to 185 (max lifted,I do 155/160 normally). I started curling 20's, Now I can curl 50 max, but 40/45 is where I'm comfortable. I couldn't run a mile without stopping, and I couldn't run a mile in under 8 minutes,...but now I can run 2.78 miles(best record) in 20 minutes, running non-stop(Pace 8.5/9.0), which is really satisfying considering I couldn't do that at 1 point. I love working out,and Health & fitness is just something I'm generally interested in.
