2 times a week and do cardio lifting all of it

I never have enough free time. I'm either too ill with a headache (my farther gave me that) or too busy working on something (schools don't give enough free time). But when I can I'll try and get some crunches in, maybe some bicycle kicks. And I don't mean some street fighter shit by that.

Very inconsistently. Usually about once or twice a week but I'm trying to do better.

Edited by JigglinJellycube: 3/9/2015 1:23:02 AMYou know what. I was working out everyday for 1 1/2 years while I was locked up until I got out and bought my ps4 and destiny. 6 months later and I've lost all of it. Really need to put this game on the shelf for awhile and only play it on the weekends

Edited by ReceleasPhoenicopterus: 3/9/2015 12:05:27 AMI don't work out yet, I get most of my exercise from work and my metabolism is keeping me thin, a little too thin if you ask me though.

Yes I go Monday through Friday at 5:00 am

Yas. Mon-fri.

Only in my fitness for life class.

If by working out you mean masturbating, then yes. I work out 12-15 times a day.
-
I walk a lot
-
I rock climb, and do whatever my martial arts instructor tells me to do, which is usually a -blam!- ton of squats/single leg squats, push ups, other body weight exercises
-
Yeah, in the bathroom... ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Here's an article studying twins where one twin works out and the other doesn't The results are a bit unexpected but pretty cool http://mobile.nytimes.com/blogs/well/2015/03/04/one-twin-exercises-the-other-doesnt/?ref=health&_r=0&referrer=

I do a little bit of weightlifting. Hoping to start cycling or running once it warms up.
-
3 times a week. Cardio, upper, lower. Nothing outrageous, just to keep me from gaining weight. Metabolism has finally slowed so can't be stuffing my face
-
No. Other than a run here and there. Theres no reason to workout since I'm not playing sports anymore.
