If so, how often? Do you do weightlifting or running/cardio?? Would love too see the community answer! :)

Mma training 5 days a week. Not trying to fight, just love the workouts, so much diversity, almost never do the same thing each week. Weights and bicycle and hikes on weekends

6' 2" and 252 pounds. Minimum 5 times a week. Closer to 8 usually. About 2 hours each time. Half hour cardio, hour and a half lift. LOVE me some weights.

4-6 times a week. Lifting an cardio. Gotta put a good day on abbs too. Destiny is post-workout recovery.

Yes, life wouldn't be the same without it. I played basketball and ran track in high school then did my undergraduate in kinesiology with a masters in exercise physiology so I hold exercise very important to my lifestyle. It's my main stress reliever (as well as destiny) and keeps me sane with all the stress I had Amin medical school and now at work. I mostly lift with HIT and do light cardio although I've ran half marathons and yoga before.

I lifted 6 days a week until this game came out. I've lost maybe 15 pounds but whatever. I still get laid.
