Just wondering.
If so, how often? Do you do weightlifting or running/cardio?? Would love too see the community answer! :)

Compete in athletic fitness, so gym two to three hours a day, six days a week, plus cardio before breakfast.

I work out every day. Workouts are split between heavy cardio and heavy lifting

5 days a week before work, all weightlifting and 15 mins of abs at the end of each session. No cardio outside a stair master.

5 days a week schedule permitting. My cardio is going to school. Campus is massive so walk about 10 miles a day. Once the weather is better I'll be mountain biking again. Trails and street, it's a blast.

Edited by juicehead2004: 3/8/2015 9:05:28 PMI lift about 4-5 times a week for the last 20 yrs...semi pro mma fought for 5 yrs in my late 20's and trained up until a few years ago...38 now and still have a 355 bench snd a 405 dead and a 495 squat...weigh 225lbs at about 13% bf right now...cardio is limited to about 15 mins before I lift and sometimes like 10 mins after depending on time ...lifetime gym rat here ...

Used to, but got in a car accident a couple months ago, cracking my hip, dislocating my shoulder, breaking my hand, and getting a severe concussion. I'm still healing, I'm planning of starting working out again in a couple of weeks

Lift 4 days a week and fit running in between when I can. Now weather is picking up more running time.

Nope. I have an extremely active job during the summer and spend the winter time hunting in the mountains and cutting firewood. Just haven't felt the need.

run/cardio. i have a long running joke with a buddy who lifts daily that he could probably kick my ass but good -blam!-ing luck catching me lol.

After being forced to do pt every fing day other than most weekends I am on a hiatus from working out. And it feels amazing.

Used to lift every day. About a month ago I got super bad tendonitis in my arm, so I'm taking a break for a while.
