I play real sports. I'm not tryin' to be the best at exercising-Kenny Powers

I still work out, but I lift less than I used to. I had cancer, and after chemo, I had radiation, part of which was heavy doses to my right forearm. My bones are brittle as an egg, and I'm sure that one day I'm going to be benching and it's going to crumble. I do a lot more cycling now and do more battling ropes, medicine ball and yoga. I used to run ultramarathons, but the chemo also damaged my heart, making cardio longer than 90 minutes dangerous.

4 times a week. Strength training and cardio each day.
-
-sighs- Not as much as I should. Damn you Destiny! >:D

CrossFit 2 times/week. Sports on the weekend. Soccer, tennis, basketball.
-
4-5 days a week Maxed at 525 bench ( 3 years ago ) Maxed at 600 squat ( 2 years ago ) Maxed at 675 dead lift ( last year ) Now mainly cycle and Crossfit in spring through fall and weights in winter. I'm too old for heavy s hit anymore. I'm basically the mold for a Titan 6'2 225.

Weights and cardio 4-5 times a week for about the last 25 years. That and a healthy diet should keep me around for a bit.
-
CrossFit master race. Ok, maybe not but complex lifts 4-5 days a week. 20-30 miles a week not during marathon season. 30-50 during season. And it's a job requirement.

I used to work out quite a bunch, toned it down to minimal because I wanted to focus on schoolwork.
-
Used to, but school and destiny have taken over. I still look in shape though, lol

Does baseball count :L

Yeah, but it's been sporadic. I'm trying to get back into the swing of things after pulling my rotator cuff and it sucks.
-
4 to six times a week. Cardio and weights. Usually add a 4+ mile hike on the weekends. Diets the most important thing though.

I lift every day of the week except Sunday which is my cheat day :D

Just getting back into it. Had a lot of back issues for 2 years. Trying to burn off the few pounds I gained over the last while now. Had a great chest workout Friday (I go weekdays since it's below my office). Still feel it in my pecs and my triceps.
