The only thing I don't like is the return of that obnoxious edit stamp. That always bothered me on the old site.
-
I love this. Your computer skillz always impress me.
-
When will it come out for Chrome?
-
Chrome?
-
That is AMAZING. The only problem is that I'm so used to Bungie.new already D:
-
Wait, so you can't sign in and use THAT page for your bungie.net posting experience? AHHHHH... AHHHHH...
-
Nice but not complete.
-
I'm pretty sure that somewhere their is a code on how awesome you're allowed to be, and that you are breaking it.

Edited by TopWargamer: 8/11/2013 10:49:29 PMWOOOOOOOOOOOOO! EDIT: Wait...this is for Firefox. :/ It may work on Chrome...but I'm sure I would be bound to run into more issues using this on Chrome than on Firefox. Please make a Chrome version Daz. That would be much appreciated!

Please do not abandon this...
-
My god halo.bungie.net looked so much better than bungie.next.
-
Does this mean that notifications wont be available?
-
You're awesome!
-
That's awesome bro.

When Will This Come Out
-
When can people expect a release of this
-
Some of you were asking if I had abandoned this. I haven't. I just haven't had a lot of free time lately. Although I have done a little bit more. - Media (images and YouTube videos) and hyperlinks placed in the share box when making a post fit nicely into the old style forums, as you can see in the screenshot (yes, you can click images and make them bigger too). - Paging is there, but kind of wonky. It's not possible to make it work like before. - What I liked to call "friendly URLs" are now everywhere. So you get links like /forums/topic/778348/2/this-is-the-topic-title, and /account/68974/dazarobbo - A little details box inside the topic which gives you some extra info that regular bungie.net does not. I had to fill this space with something, so I think it suits it (especially if I made it float down the page while you scroll...) - OP's post always shows up at the top of the page, regardless of which page you're on - All of the old forum icons (ie. gold septagon) are back, including showing no icon after half an hour of inactivity - Auto cut-off of earlier breadcrumbed tags to prevent Bungie's servers from imploding - And possibly the biggest feature(?) is that all queries are sorted by latest from all time, as this is probably the best way to emulate the old site. Comments, queries, suggestions? I may also post the source code since I may not get a chance to complete this as quickly as I hoped. If anyone is interested in having a play, let me know.

You're a genius. Some day you should be part of the web team.
-
Damn I came back to check up on this. Daza you're truly a wizzard. Are you messing with the recent post history at all? I miss the way it used to be. I'd probably use this script to go through post histories.
-
That looks wonderful.
-
Dude every time you post a new image it looks better and better. It's not insane!! :)
-
Can't wait!
-
This is Awesome!
-
To bad everyone is a "Newbie".

*grabby hands*

I love you.
