If so, how often? Do you do weightlifting or running/cardio?? Would love too see the community answer! :)
Edit: thank you for so many replies! I personally work out 5 times a week, 3 weightlifting and 2 sessions soccer with my team

Yes, life wouldn't be the same without it. I played basketball and ran track in high school then did my undergraduate in kinesiology with a masters in exercise physiology so I hold exercise very important to my lifestyle. It's my main stress reliever (as well as destiny) and keeps me sane with all the stress I had Amin medical school and now at work. I mostly lift with HIT and do light cardio although I've ran half marathons and yoga before.
