Do You Work Out?

Just wondering. If so, how often? Do you do weightlifting or running/cardio?? Would love too see the community answer! :) Edit: thank you for so many replies! I personally work out 5 times a week, 3 weightlifting and 2 sessions soccer with my team Edit: hory shet, over 100 replies!!!

  • 6' 2" and 252 pounds. Minimum 5 times a week. Closer to 8 usually. About 2 hours each time. Half hour cardio, hour and a half lift. LOVE me some weights.
