Should Installation 04 be an Explorable Planet?

1 ReplyPlanet? No. It's a ring world. Planets are spheres silly. Also I don't want to fight the flood again. Or have to deal with another crazy floating lightbulb/door opener that refuses to tell me exactly what the hell is going on.
