It's not so much the "squeaky" voice... The ones I have issue with just don't stop talking. They scream into the mic all raid and try so hard to be funny. If a kid with a high voice speaks normally and doesn't talk incessantly, I have no issues.

Agreed but if you retaliate it makes then feel like crap and they get even louder. Best option would be kicking them but giving them a chance and break it down slightly to them. I fully agree though.
