Okay, so if we're going with the whole gunblade thing I'll have to ask you a few questions to narrow my scope. Do you prefer high caliber weapons like snipers, automatic weapons like assault rifles (or maybe semi auto?), or a (kind of) middle ground like a high caliber revolver? Also, a blade design would have to be in order. I could do an extra trident on the end, but I fear that it may interfere with mechanics and technique. I recommend a regular sword blade of decent length (like a Naginata spear) attached, but it's still all your choice.
