I am pretty young to when I play I try not to talk as much and be annoying like other kids.Its good to be mature and listen to other people and not annoying your fireteam. Most people I play with are older than me and don't mind that I'm a bit of a younger player and I mean if your yelling through the mic and being annoying I understand why you would get kicked.
