If so, how often? Do you do weightlifting or running/cardio?? Would love too see the community answer! :)
Edit: thank you for so many replies! I personally work out 5 times a week, 3 weightlifting and 2 sessions soccer with my team

Yup I'm "average" I guess you can say I'd really like to get abs tho my arms are ok I guess but I just want to see results already and I used to workout when I was in sports but scince I got out to focus on school haven't really had time because I'm either doin school stuff or playing which is pretty bad but...id only do it to look good Naked [spoiler]any advice?
