Thanks so much if you guys can help at all. I am working on proofreading a piece that needs to have zero mistakes. It is not for college submission, but it is supposed to be at that standard. I have run it by every adult I know and we are all baffled. If anyone on The Flood is particularly word-savvy please help me.
Here are a few that have "mistakes" (which are not identified for us)
I want to avoid schools located in flat dry areas, places without skiing, and regions with undesirable climates.
I am looking for a school with a fun and exciting atmosphere.
There are many more that I am working on my own, but I don't see anything wrong here. My professor might just be on too much coke I don't know.

there shouldn't be a comma before "and" (regions with...) There should be a comma between "flat" and "dry". IMO the whole sentence is a bit... incoherent. Even with correct commas it just doesn't scan well.
