Not sure how this relates to my post because my post really had no points about difficulty of the raid. However; I agree, they are casual. I don't like to put up with BS from someone while doing them either way though. If you have a team of 6 and 3 are screwing around then that means the others are doing all the work. Its not right for the team to unwillingly carry other members. This doesn't just apply to just raids, I don't like playing anything with someone doing the stuff I stated in my comment. Its annoying and inconsiderate. Regardless of whether I'm patrolling earth or doing a raid I'd rather not hear or deal with that kind of stuff. My comments on team work were to point out that team work means everyone doing their part; whether its boomers, dropping crota, or using the sword. The role doesn't matter as long as everyone is doing something to contribute unless the team has given permission to carry that person before hand. I had a level 27 join my normal crota yesterday and sit down. He got booted. He joined my chat and said, "why did you boot me, I'm a 27 I can't do anything." I didn't boot him because he couldn't do damage, could care less about that and knew that when I saw his level. However, you shouldn't join someone's raid uninvited and expect to be carried without asking to make sure the team doesn't mind. We were 3 manning it so I wouldn't have cared but, its disrespectful to just assume this person you don't know will do this. Its courtesy and the principle of the matter that got him kicked, not his level.
