I saw the Hawkmoon drop on a ROC Strike.
It went to a guy I had to revive 7 times and who got 57 less kills than I.
It also dropped last week on the VOG Chest. For a guy who spawned dead, didn´t help a thing in the Templar Fight, and whose kill count after the Gorgons was 2.
