I maxed mine and love it, it has a pretty decent punch and just feels amazing to shoot. It's one of those guns like Hawkmoon and Mida where the stats don't tell the whole story. I'm not much of a melee guy but I've heard that you can really use the Monte Carlo perk to its fullest with burn attacks or melees that give you a shield like the defender titan punch. If you have the mats to max it I would recommend it!
