I've played with a squeaker the other day..14 yr old kid, we were doin hard crota and were at crota when he jumped in ...I thought oh great here we go and right away he started in obnoxious and loud and non stop talking but he was really funny, could dish it out and take it and the kid could play so I had no issue with him at all...he was actually really amusing and was a good player and knew his role well so I was cool with keeping him around...just goes to show u that not all squeakers r bad, maybe give some a chance and if they blow it.,,, then kick them as far as u can..lol Good luck kid and don't stop playing, don't let anyone else ruin ur experience just keep trying til u find some decent guys to play with
