Okay, so the electrical current of the arrow is easy, but the transference of power from the actual bow and arrows get a little more complicated. I'm going to assume that the bow's... "Power" draws from itself and the arrows. So the power source is identified, all I need to do is link that to the current via runes and nodes, and modify the arrowheads with micro barbs that emit a current of "power" upon contact.
