If so, how often? Do you do weightlifting or running/cardio?? Would love too see the community answer! :)
Edit: thank you for so many replies! I personally work out 5 times a week, 3 weightlifting and 2 sessions soccer with my team

Hardly, my arms are naturally muscular and my legs are alright too I don't have great core strength though, at least I don't think I do. I really don't know how you tell
