I hope you realize that someone that is 13 is a teen... If you don't, then let me explain.
You are considered a "teen" when your age is in the range group of numbers that end with "teen"
You should be able to count, but I will help you. Let's start from 13. Thir[b]teen[/b], Four[b]teen[/b], Fif[b]teen[/b], Six[b]teen[/b], Seven[b]teen[/b], Eigh[b]teen[/b], and finally, Nine[b]teen[/b].
