Still a baby would die within 3 days.
Evolution exist don't get me wrong its PART of TIME else evolution wouldn't exist.
But i believe we were helped (evolve) in the way we are now. And we didn't do it on our own.

There's ways to survive using the sun to create energy for food. Also the baby would be a fish so itd probably be eating the larger cell organisms.
