Just wondering.
If so, how often? Do you do weightlifting or running/cardio?? Would love too see the community answer! :)
Edit: thank you for so many replies! I personally work out 5 times a week, 3 weightlifting and 2 sessions soccer with my team

I couldn't imagine not working out. Was doing a 6 day program...each muscle group twice a week...first one single joint, second one multi-joint. Now I'm slimming down, so back to 3 lifting, 3 HiT...(sprint work, stairs, TRX).
