Just wondering.
If so, how often? Do you do weightlifting or running/cardio?? Would love too see the community answer! :)
Edit: thank you for so many replies! I personally work out 5 times a week, 3 weightlifting and 2 sessions soccer with my team

3/4times a week at5 am 6 min of cardio to get the blood flowing, then three groups of super sets, 1 super set contains three muscle groups, core set, 10 sec rest, chest, 10 sec rest, shoulder, repeat until done. Mix and match muscle groups for different days.
