I've seen the 'floofing about' and 'we taught them to blink' statements on Warlock gear but is there more stuff in the Grimoire? Also, even without the grimoire, I see alot of back and forth between Warlocks and Hunters on a daily basis. Are Warlocks just jealous nerds, are Hunters just stuck up cool kids?
Edit 1: It's funny how the Titans just sit back with popcorn watching all this go down.
Edit 2: I'm seeing claims of sexual tension, very interesting stuff!
Edit 3 - You gotta admit, 'Floof' is a very funny word
Edit 4 - ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Edit 5 - Uhm, is this thread going out of control?
Edit 6 - So, claims of Hunters hopping around like bunnies are pretty funny.
Edit 7 - So many replies!! Thanks.
Edit 8 - So Warlocks floof and Hunters bunny hop....
Edit 9 - MalPen is the only Warlock allowed to eat popcorn with the Titans...he brought beer.
Edit 10 - It has been speculated that the 'squishy' floofy Warlocks are just pretending to be friends with the Titans just so they can use them as muscle against the Hunters.....the plot thickens
-
Hunters are just jealous that warlocks are so helplessly awesome.
-
Blink lol
-
Cause hunters have the sharp instincts of a dog, and they chase the catty warlocks.
jk I <3 all my characters, but I made my hunter first, so I have to argue on the hunter side
-
Hunters are legit... Warlocks envy us and want to be us.
-
Hunter stole blink from warlocks

The easiest answer is this. If you go through the lore it's the titans defending everyone. Hunters are scouts bringing back weapons and armor for the titans to use while defending the wall and warlocks are devising new strategies. In game it obviously doesn't play out that way, but in the lore they seem to have a bit of a rivalry in regards to what they do to help the city.
-
Titans started rumors to turn the hunters and warlocks against each other. They did this because they are the only class who can't..............
BLINK!!!!!!!
-
Warlock grenades in the Crucible is what started the tension.
-
Hunters have a cool, interesting vanguard. He's funny and doesn't take himself so serious. Titan vanguard has the personality of a block of cement. Warlock vanguard is a magical terrorist.
-
There's some pretty interesting back story in the grimmoire that set the stage for rivalry. One in particular involved an ahamkara spine shard...

I brought cake for the Titans! ~ A Warlock

I think warlocks and hunters suffer from dual sidekick syndrome. This is a horrific mental disease where one sidekick feels threatened by a second sidekick. In general heroes only rely on a single sidekick and warlocks and hunters must fight over who will serve us Titans.

Edited by Xernos Edge: 3/10/2015 4:43:11 PMWarlocks were needed in VoG (cheese, and selfres) = Hunter useless Hunters are usefull (invisibility, and fast..... I guess) need for CE = Warlock useless in CE cuz they died all the time and selfres lol what's the point. Several debates on Hunters being OP in crucible, and Warlock sunsinger self res

It's like high school really Hunters are the outcast rebel kids Warlocks are the chess club nerds taking honors classes for fun Titans are the jocks/popular kids
-
My ex was a hunter and when I left her, she came to me while I was giving a presentation stripped me naked, shot me in the knee and killed me knowing I would self res naked, all while invisible, so if you ask me why I don't like hunters, is because they are -blam!-ing crazy
-
A Hunter and a Warlock blink towards each other at the same time, who wins?
The Titan that hit Fist of Havoc trying to avoid both of them.
-
I think it is about time that titans are recognized as the master race
-
I thinks it's because each have abilities that the other want so that could be a reason. If it isn't a good reason it was a good attempt for a Titan right
-
Edited by JHarv: 3/10/2015 4:38:33 PMi feel like this accurately depicts the arguments of which class is better between warlocks and hunters.

Blink lol

It's all the same, your control an imaginary person in an imaginary world. All that changes is your jump, super, and grenade. Ita not that big of a deal guys
-
I play as a level 32 hunter and a 32 warlock not that it matters but I play as a Titan too I have all 3 and love all 3
-
When Ghost says "We have to cross that bridge" during the Garden Spire mission, and the warlock says, "Seeya!" and floofs across the gap, leaving me to deal with all the adds.
I wish I could fly. ._.
Players are stupid.

Run all classes its more of a love hate relationship when you're one you hate the other (supers) and to be honest the Titan is the fug it class I love shutting people down mid super weather it be the fisting of havoc or the suppression grenade it's really fun to get hate mail hunters best for pvp though warlock and Titan are decent in everything, amazing if you master the class people just need to find a way to one up the other no hating just learn from experience
