What causes tension between Hunters and Warlocks??
I've seen the 'floofing about' and 'we taught them to blink' statements on Warlock gear but is there more stuff in the Grimoire? Also, even without the grimoire, I see alot of back and forth between Warlocks and Hunters on a daily basis. Are Warlocks just jealous nerds, are Hunters just stuck up cool kids?
Edit 1: It's funny how the Titans just sit back with popcorn watching all this go down.
Edit 2: I'm seeing claims of sexual tension, very interesting stuff!

Edit 9 - MalPen is the only Warlock allowed to eat popcorn with the Titans...he brought beer.
Edit 10 - It has been speculated that the 'squishy' floofy Warlocks are just pretending to be friends with the Titans just so they can use them as muscle against the Hunters.....the plot thickens

My equally favorite classes, I see very little issues with either, same with Titans, they are just not as much fun to use to me

9 RepliesI like both classes and the only thing that bothers me about the Hunter is that both their supers are instant kills (in most situations) and they get multiple uses of it where neither the titans or warlocks get a super that has multiple chances at an instant kill. But that being said I like the classes the way they are. The only frustrating thing is in crucible the majority of players in a game at any given time are in fact hunters and they can get multiple super kills at different locations on the map.

They don't like how hunters and Titans act so ignorant with their powers. It's in one of the grimoires, the one where the warlock says only his class could kill an ahamkara and a hunter girl takes that as a challenge. The warlock knows that the hunter will fail, because warlocks really are the only ones who knew how to take down an ahamkara. Edit: look at ghost fragment: warlock.

Let's have a warlock on our team cause we need someone who dies every five minutes but thank god they can self revive!!! WOW!!! Any person playing as a warlock is just bad at this game! No one needs them and all they do is just banter on how they have 'self revive in case everyone dies!'. If we didn't have a garbage warlock on our team that literally doesn't do anything then maybe we wouldn't have to worry about that then we would we!? Warlocks were a terrible idea for this game, I wish the developers would have put more thought into these characters... Titans and Hunters make sense, but warlocks don't, I'm sorry. EDIT: I was drunk when I made this post, since then I have leveled up a warlock and have ran through the game with it- it's not half bad. However I might have been hindsighted by as$holes who play as warlocks and nothing else. Thanks for the attention, I'm sober now.

There seems to be a long-standing rivalry between the Hunters and Warlocks. Kind of makes sense, given the Warlocks are intellect-heavy scholars while Hunters are devil-may-care flyboys (and girls). Unfortunately any details to this rivalry are lost to the black hole that is Desitny's lore, much like everything else.

Hunters and warlocks should come to apreciate eachother. Hunters have cool capes, and warlocks have bands and their robe things. They are both just as good as eachother, and i think they are both boss to play as. I do think hunters are more fun to play as though, because of their throwing knifes and the blink strike

I will admit. Sometimes. I just despise coming across a Hunter in the Crucible. Lol. But I feel like I've seen more Titans and Hunters in the Crucible. I guess that's what makes you as a warlock. "The Special" Lol jk.

If you don't play as both and like them both you're bad at the game. One can self revive and one can go invisible. Clearly great reasons to play as both

Basically In the grimoire the hunters abandoned the Titans and warlocks during the battle of the twilight gap. Also there were arguments between the two vanguard leaders

Warlocks are a better Swordberer we don't need invisibility and do plenty fine you need skill to use sword on warlock or titan.
