What causes tension between Hunters and Warlocks??
I've seen the 'floofing about' and 'we taught them to blink' statements on Warlock gear but is there more stuff in the Grimoire? Also, even without the grimoire, I see alot of back and forth between Warlocks and Hunters on a daily basis. Are Warlocks just jealous nerds, are Hunters just stuck up cool kids?
Edit 1: It's funny how the Titans just sit back with popcorn watching all this go down.
Edit 2: I'm seeing claims of sexual tension, very interesting stuff!

Edit 10 - It has been speculated that the 'squishy' floofy Warlocks are just pretending to be friends with the Titans just so they can use them as muscle against the Hunters.....the plot thickens

As a player of all three characters, Warlocks can do everything Hunters can do and more. Blink, PVP, PVE especially, etc. Not saying Hunters are bad, but when using focused burst I can run faster than a Hunter with fleet footed lol.

3 RepliesHunters have mobility and movement like the wild. Warlocks have mobility and movement of the civilized world. Hunters use tools and concepts that apply to survival of the body. Warlocks use tools and concepts that apply to survival of the mind. Simply put.... Hunters are more like wild animals, simple and more down to earth. Warlocks are more like domesticated animals, complex and more about the theory.

The problem between the two is that the real life people playin these toons make up stupid arguments and rivalries that don't matter cause they all think their toon is better. That is all.

I don't see the understand the big battle between Hunters and Warlocks. I have all three classes and if you look they are my highest. I like playing as both, but look at my Titan. There is a reason he is still only a level 2.

Because Warlocks are smart and strategic, but Hunters are kinda unpredictable and wild, so they clash. Everybody loves titans tho

The two classes are actually my favorites I main my warlock because I've always loved the the concept behind their creation, bungee used defenses like the Jedi for them. If you read the lore there are reasons for all of the Supers. WARLOCK Solar-the thatonaughts(or whatever) they spent years learning to use the light to redirect themselves the way the ghosts do to further their thirst for knowledge. Void-"those orders most closely allied with the Titans seek to hone the battlefield deployment of light." Pretty self explanatory. Hunters are assassin or bounty hunter based so that's where the knives and guns come from. Titans are either all out attack or there to support the team and shield them. But honestly the problem comes from the fact that Hunters where meant to be the lonewolfy bounty hunter like people and Warlocks the kind to study and learn and then use that knowledge to fight. The two types of people have never gotten along looking back through your usual science fiction based things. It's not in their nature. The reason we don't hear much from Titans? They like to laugh at the immature people that bicker instead of duke it out in the crucible to decide, because that's our loving Titans way of settling things. With fists and bullets not words. And I have to admit that that is fun as all hell

personally i look at it this way. The class with a super that has you appear a giant void bomb out of your fukjng hand, and a super to come back from the dead. And the class with a super that gives you a gun covered in fire and a blade covered in lightning

I think it has to do with raiding. I've heard many people say they don't accept hunters on their raid team because they die too quickly. I don't know people will find anything to think of themselves as superior.

4 RepliesThe problem really lies with the hunter population, as much as I hate to admit it the majority of "buff the hunter" or "rate my hunter" or this classic "titan and warlock supers are OP" (facepalm everytime) come from the narcissists that we know and love. They usually consist of people that think they own the world, that they control the game known as Destiny. Its ridiculous to think that one class population could cause such a turmoil on the forums. Have you ever seen titans or warlocks crowd the forums with spam? Neither have I. Words honestly could not describe the anger I have towards them, I personally cant stand playing with them in a raid or crucible, their "I run the team" attitude is a plague on this community. I propose that hunters take their head out of their ass and realize this game doesnt revolve around them and that everyone contributes, this game is a team effort, theres no room for lonewolves
