What causes tension between Hunters and Warlocks??
I've seen the 'floofing about' and 'we taught them to blink' statements on Warlock gear but is there more stuff in the Grimoire? Also, even without the grimoire, I see alot of back and forth between Warlocks and Hunters on a daily basis. Are Warlocks just jealous nerds, are Hunters just stuck up cool kids?
Edit 1: It's funny how the Titans just sit back with popcorn watching all this go down.
Edit 2: I'm seeing claims of sexual tension, very interesting stuff!

Edit 9 - MalPen is the only Warlock allowed to eat popcorn with the Titans...he brought beer.
Edit 10 - It has been speculated that the 'squishy' floofy Warlocks are just pretending to be friends with the Titans just so they can use them as muscle against the Hunters.....the plot thickens

I main a hunter but have a lvl 27 warlock. I don't find them fun to pay with at all compared to titans and hunters.

When you're running shit like Omnigul on the Nightfall, you want one of each class. Titan for the Ward of Dawn (Blast Shield medals all DAY), Hunter for the invisibility (clutch revives), and a fireborn Warlock for when everyone wipes to grab that clutch double revive. I play all three and I enjoy them all for different reasons. People who want to choose one class and hate the others are limiting their Destiny experience even more than Bungie already did with their cut content and skeleton story. The gameplay is all we have, people. [b]IT'S ALL WE HAVE!!![/b] Go diversify yourself, Guardians.

To me I hate the hunter jump I really like to self revive when it is needed. I'm really like the warlock more then the hunter a warlock was my first class I chose

1 ReplyBack in the forums during beta, it all started out as fake tension. A hunter would make a jab about warlocks and their friendship bracelets, warlocks would talk about the hunter's snuggie, but it was all in jest. The titans actually were with the warlocks, but there were a few titans who sided with the hunters. But then the beta ended, and it was August. Things festered during this time, as the time went on, counting down to the release date. A bit more of a serious jab here, a hunter continues to brag about their cape, while warlocks bragged about their holographic bonds. It was during this time that the titans noped out of siding with anybody, and then I recall reading a thread where a hunter made claims about titans having toilet paper hanging out of their greaves. The titans then started going against hunters and warlocks, and for a short while there were tensions between all 3 classes. Then there was the release, and titans just accepted everybody and were chill. And that's where we are today.

1 ReplyI think it's because hunters(in theory) are brave and bold. They head towards danger with out flinching or thinking twice. The wild is there playground. Hunters- rebel Warlocks(in theory) think before they do everything. Everything must go as plan. That's why they study so much. Instead of heading towards danger they like to gather info on the enemy. So for them seeing a hunter be so crazy and still survive doesn't make sense to them and the warlock hate the hunters for that. Warlock- follows a rule of some sort. [spoiler]its funny how the warlock study the light(powers) a lot but every guardian can use and weld the light just as/better than warlocks[/spoiler]
