I don't mind young teens, but I'd rather not play with someone 10 or below who can't comprehend the instructions given.
Joined a VOG raid with 3 young ones (guessing around 7-11) and someone explained how to do the Templar. After the explanation the kid goes "so what're we doing?". Next guy says the same explanation, same kid says "what are we doing?". Finally I explain again, stay at the top, friend takes relic, and they say okay. So we start and one kid jumps down with the relic holder to kill the mobs at the bottom, and the same kid asks what we are doing. Another falls off the edge for unknown reasons, then asks if we can run his lvl 26 friend through hard mode Atheon.
It isn't the voice that bothers me, it's their ability to listen and work as a team.
