Most (but not all) younger players tend to talk WAY TOO MUCH, are easily distracted or just don't listen when given instructions (mostly in raids). But I've ran across some really cool youngsters. It's very rare that I do though. As far as voices go, its not a problem for me unless everything I said before about them applies. Then it starts to become a headache.
