I partially agree here. I will opt to team with older players before younger ones because of having stuff in common or things to talk about. Easily 75% of this games draw for me is the social part. Chatting it up with like minded folks as we run the streets full of [insert Alien Species here] blood, is my Destiny playstyle. Strategy and callouts are there too, but idle chatter is fun part. Now having said that, if a youngster joins me with something we can both talk about, I can handle that. Depending on age I may have to watch my mouth a bit, but no problem. The problem is that that happens so rarely. But even still, there is no reason to be rude about it, generally, if I team up with someone I just can't talk to, I will finish up what we are working on and then politely excuse myself.
