General survivability and damage output. Vault normal doesn't matter, but vault hard sunsingers can easily dish out the most damage, having two grenades, or grenade plus dot. Plus they have either self res or radiant skin, both work pretty damn good. Hunters just go invisible, which is useless in VOG lol. Titans are sex with the bubbles though.
