Reserves are the people that don't fit into a Fireteam and can replace any member that can't play

Guys don't forget if we fill up all of the fireteams for one console I can always add in another team for that console using what reserves we have and others that want to do this... This is also meant to help organize group chat for example if the leader for Fireteam bravo can't get on the day that bravo normally does raids he can say in group chat "FIRETEAM BRAVO: I can't get on today so just take someone from the reserves list instead. Happy hunting Bravo team" to be more organized
