It seems kills on Ogres and Hydras does not update on strikes. I havnt gotten to confirm it on nightfall or heroic, but regular strikes does not count kills it seems.
I do believe that the Ogres in the raid counts tho..

Thanks for reply. I didnt know that! Ill try to see if that might be the case next time, but I've done more strikes and patrols than I care to remember and I havnt surpassed 150 kills of each yet so I find it strange. Besides, the Ishtar strike I'm fairly sure hasn't given me any kills. It's 6 Hydras there and to my memory they're all red on strikes. Neither gives count towards the the grimore, I'm fairly sure...
