Join UniversalKillingAlliance if you are on ps4 or ps3, we always help people lvl up or do heroic, nightfall, VoG, Crotas end,Crucible or The Story Mode. Most of us are lvl 32. Accepting players of any lvl

1 ReplyTry it over at the recruitment forums ([url]https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Topics/0/Default/None/Recruitment%20Heroics[/url], you will have a higher chance of finding people for your cause there. Otherwise, you could just start a level 28 heroic. The matchmaking system will get you some people.
