It is extremely rare! That being said, it is wonderful for reasons you aren't even mentioning. It ONE SHOTS oracles. But people tend to use Sniper rifles to give love to Atheon so its not as practical anymore. There is a better weapon for oracles out there. It's called Super Good Advice. NEVER reload and it wrecks them. But the main reason is that it's extremely rare.
