On Mars at least. Venus throws the oracle Disruptor out the window and say -F-U-
....and that's where it's most needed.
I broke my praetorian foil down for that reason.

Mine works fine on Venus unless there is a glitch.

Wow! I remember I had a terrible portal team though. I had maxed PF but the other shooter may have been lvl 29 with blue guns....it was after CE released so I was 31/32. Even so, it was 3-4 shots to take out one oracle.

That's exactly what I said because I 1-shot on Mars!! I ultimately broke it down for Vault space though. I finally got Timepiece but was irrelevant after getting Oversoul Edict
