Praetorian Foil. Why does no one use it? Will you use it comw HoW?
Seriously, Glass Half Full and Reactive Reload on a Fusion Rifle? That seems like a gdlk roll. Constant bonus damage on top of the RIDICULOUSLY high impact. I know the charge speed is bad but it has accelerated coils to boost it a bit.
Is it because its a rare drop (just got mine last night after months of hard raid)? Is there something I'm missing?
EDIT: now its going to be updated to 365 attack. This weapon is going to wreck shit lol. Who's going to use it again?

I occasionally get killed by it in PvP, but I woulnt even put it as top 5. I was very hyped for the weapon until I got one and maxed it. It was outclassed by my Light/Beware in every way except oracles. Sharded it.
