1. Its rare. So not too many people have it.
2. It has no valid area to use it over a sniper rifle like IB or Black Hammer.
3. Its only good at taking out oracles which can be done with a VoG primary or Heavy.
4. You can't do a lot of damage to bosses with it like you can with a sniper.
5. I still want it for some weird reason.
