I agree, I actually got one of those weapons as a reward for decrypting an engram, an Unfriendly Giant but it was capped at 300 atk

Yes, I was excited bcs if it wasnt then there was a chance to get a 331 Shadow Price, but meh, it was probably a game bug to give me that reward. It wouldn't surprise me.
