Yes you can but alondite thinks he can absorb all of the energy but he cant becuase he is neither a dragon nor a dragon god

I can absorb 60% of each until I have collected 5, then the full power will be needed to obtain the last

And the only way to get he full power is to either be connected with a dragon god( im ocnnected with balerion) or to be an actual dragon god and you are neither

A decendant of athos has only dragon blood They can absorb 80% of the energy but past that it would kill them The legendary heroes werent gods they were demi gods being a decendant of them could give you 95% of the energy

Training cant make you handle 100% it is physically impossible unless you are godded by the chief dragon god aka balerion
