A decendant of athos has only dragon blood They can absorb 80% of the energy but past that it would kill them The legendary heroes werent gods they were demi gods being a decendant of them could give you 95% of the energy

But through my training at Bern, and with Athos himself before he passed, I can handle 100%

Training cant make you handle 100% it is physically impossible unless you are godded by the chief dragon god aka balerion
