Seriously, Glass Half Full and Reactive Reload on a Fusion Rifle? That seems like a gdlk roll. Constant bonus damage on top of the RIDICULOUSLY high impact. I know the charge speed is bad but it has accelerated coils to boost it a bit.
Is it because its a rare drop (just got mine last night after months of hard raid)? Is there something I'm missing?
EDIT: now its going to be updated to 365 attack. This weapon is going to wreck shit lol. Who's going to use it again?

No one uses it, cause not many ppl have it. Its amazing in atheon portals. One hits oracles. Very close to maxing it out. And now I've got everything from the vog. So I try and teach or help my friends.
