*comes in* I'd like to buy a VTOL concept transport ship for personal use, as well as troop transportation. About 20 troop capacity, not too big.

Vertibirds can be modified as such. Carry troops, have a 20mm cannon, and can be equipped with rocket pods. I'd also look into the Mi-28 Hind, a russian attack chopper. Carries people and supplies, plus it has a chaingun and rockets ( not a concept, but it fits your description)

(Single barrel smaller and easier to mount, gatling style has higher fire rate and takes longer to overheat) i think the vertibirds and the V-22 Osprey are probably the only VTOL aircraft i could modify for your specs, unless i can get my hands on arc reactor tech. All of my aircraft come fitted with electronic warfare and EMP tech
