For your 40mm, do you want gatling style or single barrel? (Single barrel smaller and easier to mount, gatling style has higher fire rate and takes longer to overheat) i think the vertibirds and the V-22 Osprey are probably the only VTOL aircraft i could modify for your specs, unless i can get my hands on arc reactor tech.
